Restarting my Green Smoothie challenge. 30 days of green smoothie for breakfast. This time my parents are in on it too! Let me know if you want to join in. I'll be posting more pics. 1 pint: 2 cups spinach, 1 apple, 2 bananas, handful of strawberrys, 1 cup coconut water.
Green smoothie for today. 3 cups Kale, 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 cup tropical frozen fruit mix, strawberries.
Green smoothie Day 4: 2 cups spinach, handful mango, handful strawberries, handful pineapple, 1cup orange juice.
Green smoothie for today: 3 cups spinach, handful strawberries, 1 banana, 1 grapefruit, 1 cup orange juice.
Share a green smoothie: 2 cups kale, 2 oranges, 1 grapefruit, 1 banana, piece of ginger, 1 cups orange juice.
Sunday morning green smoothie: 1 cup kale, handful parsley, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1cup blueberries, chia seed, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup water.
I forgot to put a green smoothie pic for today. This is the prep for tomorrow. Same recipe: 3cups spinach, 1cup blueberries, handful strawberries, 1 apple, 1 banana.
Day 11 green smoothie. (See yesterday's recipe.) Benefits I've seen so far are better sleep and my skin feels amazing and hydrated even though the winter air should be drying it out.
In today's green smoothie, beautiful things happen when basil and citrus are together: 3 cups spinach, 1 orange, 1 grapefruit, 1 banana, handful strawberries, 1 sprig basil, coconut water, orange juice.
Not-so-green green smoothie for a snowy day: 2 cups kale, 2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup water.

Green smoothie for this morning: 2 cups spinach, 1 half bunch parsley, 1 half cucumber, 1 apple, coconut water.
Green smoothie for today (so good): 2 cups kale, 1 banana, 2 handfuls blackberry and blueberries, 1 apple, 1 cup hemp milk.
Rushing to work green smoothie, exactly the same recipe as yesterday. Not creative but that's what happened today.

Yesterday my Dad had a cold so I made for him this Healing-the-Sick Green Juice: juice 1 cucumber, 2 apples. blend sage, parsley, lime juice, 1/2 -1cup water. sage is for purification (blood, mental clarity etc) and any type of inflammation. Sage can clear a space for healing to occur naturally. #Naturalremedies

Day 26 green smoothie: 2 cups spinach, 1 cup grapefruit, strawberries, chia seed, coconut water, apple juice, sage (optional)
My last #greensmoothie pic. The challenge ended Sunday but I didn't get to put pics. All of these recipes have been made with love and I hope they inspire y'all to enjoy eating more greens and find your own incredible results. (Ps: adjust the amount of water in each recipe to make it thicker or more drinkable.)
Green smoothie for two: kale, banana, apple, blueberries, juice of half a lemon, water, splash of apple juice. Yay for vitamins and nutrients in the fall.
At it again: Today's smoothie had about 2handfuls of kale, 1apple, 2bananas, frozen strawberries, lime juice from 1lime and 1cup water. Delicious and made me feel great. I'll share more recipes in the future.
I thought this one would be terrible: 2kale leaves, 4apples, lime juice, cinnamon. Absolutely delicious. Blended not juiced for all the benefits of the fiber. I'll have some juice recipes later but all for their purpose.
Tried out this fruit half package, with 4 leaves of kale, 1banana, lime juice and water. Not bad at all. Just a note: the fruit is only there to help you eat the greens. Greens are anti-inflammatory with tons of minerals and vitamins. The greens are the star of the show. Every smoothie should be 60% or more of greens other wise why make the effort to blend it all up? That's just my opinion. (Also as a side note: I use a Vitamix blender, well worth the investment in my health)
