Team Member Application (Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Lash Tech, MUA)
Our salon provides advertising, competitive commission rates and flexible hours. All Team Members are Independent Contractors.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete assigned services for clients from the Curl Suite Salon schedule
- Provide consultations and offer information about your services to clients
- Keep your work station clean and ready for inspection according to TDLR requirements
- Participate in shared chores to maintain the cleanliness of the salon environment
- Show up punctually for appointments, manage your schedule efficiently, and communicate harmoniously with clients, co-workers and staff

To be considered for this position, you will need to provide portfolio photos,
a list of skills or services that you can offer to our clients
and TDLR approved Saftey and Sanitation certificate or current TDLR license number.
