Read MoreTried out this fruit half package, with 4 leaves of kale, 1banana, lime juice and water. Not bad at all. Just a note: the fruit is only there to help you eat the greens. Greens are anti-inflammatory with tons of minerals and vitamins. The greens are the star of the show. Every smoothie should be 60% or more of greens other wise why make the effort to blend it all up? That's just my opinion. (Also as a side note: I use a Vitamix blender, well worth the investment in my health)
